Yup, exactly, sorry we alarmed you. You then just have to update your FE the usual way. For us the consideration is the number of users but it won't be an issue for you. -----Original Message----- From: Neal Kling [mailto:nkling at co.montgomery.ny.us] Sent: 23 March 2005 16:24 To: Access Developers discussion and problem solving Subject: RE: [AccessD] Access & Terminal Services That's exactly what they're saying is one of the options. Do it that way. My optimism has just gone out the window. My Access app relies heavily on the FE being dynamic and personal to the user - all sorts of queries being created/updated, temp tables etc. Couldn't contemplate a rewrite. How can I get round this? What's to stop me creating a folder on the server for each user, putting a copy of the FE in each, and having each run their own? I don't have the foggiest idea what I mean when I say "each run their own" in the context of TS, but does that work? -- Andy Lacey http://www.minstersystems.co.uk -- AccessD mailing list AccessD at databaseadvisors.com http://databaseadvisors.com/mailman/listinfo/accessd Website: http://www.databaseadvisors.com -------------- next part -------------- The contents of this message and any attachments are the property of Donns Solicitors and are intended for the confidential use of the named recipient only.
