[AccessD] OT: Paste files to CD Drive retaining file properties

A quick OT :

Using Win XP Professional.
Everytime I copy folders and files (using win explorer) from harddrive to CD
the date and time of the folder and file properties change to today.

How do I keep date and time of the copied items as per the source?
