[AccessD] OT: disabling keys on the keyboard

I had a similar situation when I gave my 4 year old grandson his first PC, I 
used little dots (stickers) on the keys - with different colors. Red, do not 
touch, Green OK to touch..

Is there any way (utility) to disable keys such as the windows key and
the function keys on the keyboard.  I have an old laptop I want to give
to my 4 year old son to play his games and stuff.  However he plays with
the keys and as you know the Windows key (for one) causes a menu to pop
up interrupting his play and requiring me to go rescue him.
