[AccessD] terminal server citrix

Hi Pedro

If you have a look in the archives over recent months, there's been a lot of
discussion about TS and Access - both from myself and Roz Clarke.  The
pitfalls have been pretty well documented.

If you need to know anything specific, just yell and I'll give it my best
shot.
