For Firefox it's in
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application 
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\Default User\Signon.txt

But apart from the URLs, it's all encrypted so you will have to "clear out" 
all entries for a URL rather than "clean up"--
