Subject: [AccessD] Resource Planning?

Hi group,

I've just been promoted to teamleader AI...

blnSarcase = False
If blnSarcasme Then
  MsgBox "JOY"
Else
  MsbgBox "Grmbl"
Endif

So, I'm leading a development team of 14. We've got
about 120 change request per 3 months ranging from
1-300 hours. We alse have incidents (50+) per 3
months.

We have about 20 (very) large applications and a LOT
(!!!) of small/tiny (but important) applications. Most
of them are Excel sheets (10k+! Not kidding!)

Is there a tool in wich I can make a resource planning
AND be able to mutate the resource planning quickly.
So a developer created a planning for a week filled
with change requests. Then all work stops because of
an incident that he has to solve. I want to fill in
the time he spend on the incident and all planned
actions must be moved accordingly.

Any ideas if there is a tool that can do this?

Thnx

Sander
