[AccessD] Extract Outlook Form Data into Access

I've been asked to create an Outlook form that will be used to gather
data from many users.
Once I receive the completed form back in the form of an email message,
I need to automate the population of the data into an existing Access
mdb.
 
Is this even possible?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
