[AccessD] ActiveX Component Can't Create Object

This seems to have been the problem. It was fixed after registering the DAO360.dll. Thanks Thanks for your help

  I'll bet on unregistered DA360.dll out of the five listed above. It is a 
  common reason from 97 onward.
