[AccessD] Access 2003 - Page Setup and Print not working

I recommend ensuring that the most recent Office SP is installed on the
pc that is having the problem.  Also, have your network admin verify
that the printer has the most up-to-date drivers.

The PAGE setup screen does not show up at all on his machine for Access.
It is like nothing is there or available. The query and/or table he
wants to print is there but that is it.
