[AccessD] Best way to fix database

The problem with this is that the parameter value is missing the ending
single quote. Good old Outlook has trouble with urls I suppose.

I got an error too, and the link wasn't wrapped.  It got to Roger's site but
the message was this:

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0bb9' 

Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in
conflict with one another.
