[AccessD] Developer tools and Access 2003

Charlotte, where do I look (or what do I have to install) to get access to
CodeLibrarian in VS2003? I miss it. I used it very much with Office 2000
Developer, but my copy of 2003 isn't a developers edition. I do have VS2003
installed.

I've used every version of the CodeLibrarian that has been available and
I still use the XP version with VB.Net.  I don't bother with the others
you mentioned because I use MZ-Tools.

handler, code commenter tools from A2k with A2k3?
