In Design view:
1.Select TextBox1

2.On the main menu, select  "Format - Conditional formatting..."

3. In Condition 1, select "Expression is" in the combo box, enter 
"[Checkbox1] = True" in the text box and select a fore/background 
combination.

4. Click OK
