I can't speak for the Office versions because I utilize a company perk "home use" program for that, but as for Windows XP...yes, I use an OEM version of Windows XP. My original copy (media and license) was purchased legitimately with hardware as required. I then copied my original CD and slipstreamed in SP2. For my additional machines, I purchased several OEM licenses (sticker only, no media). I use my slipstreamed copy of the CD when installing/reinstalling with the appropriate license. IIRC, the cost per license was ~$140 per sticker...versus $200 for the retail box.
