Thanks Drew. I agree that posting a web page would ideal, but I don't have access to a web server, or even a file sharing server for that matter. I am at a client site, with limited resources. I'm starting to think that just sending an Excel file for the user to update should meet our needs. Fairly easy to do in asp. Just a thought. My table contains 2 fields, [ProjectName] and [ProgressPrct]. I have a form with 2 controls per record, txtProjectName (textbox) and cmbProgress (combo box). The data on the combo box needs to be updated on a weekly basis, with values of 0 - 100%, in increments of 10. What is the easiest way to send this data for user reponse? I'm thinking that sending a user form as an attachment would work, but I'm not sure what kind of form to use. We've considered Outlook forms, but creating this form from code is very time-consuming, and uploading the returned data within customized fields sounds daunting. InfoPath would be ideal, but not all users have this program installed. Because the sending of this form will occur on a weekly basis, I'd like to automate it as much as possible. Any direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
