[AccessD] Raise Event Across Network

 My "plan" is to raise an event, in this case to present the user with a
msg and then log them out of the app If necessary.

 I have everything except the network communication part... :-)

What kind of information / messages are you trying to pass between
applications?

Just notifications of certain events occuring?
