After restarting FF, down in the lower left corner of the status bar, there
is an eye dropper. Click on it and then move the mouse over various parts of
the web page. In the status bar you'll get the RGB and hex codes.

You can also right click in the eye dropper and get a menu of all sorts of
things. I don't know what's there, since I just found it :)

Once you are done getting the colours you need, just click on the page and
then you'll be returned to your regular mouse pointer.
