That is exactly how I ended up doing it. I ran a query to return all Acct #'s that match the Max [FileDate], then ran an Unmatched Query against these Acct #'s to determine the records that were not included in the most recent file. These records were then flagged as deleted. Thanks for your help. For example, if Acct# 12345 was open in the 10/6/2005 file, and also in the 10/13/2005 file, your suggestion would update the 10/6 record to Deleted.
