[AccessD] BEU Error

Hello,
 It was discovered a while back (maybe by me, I can't remember) the BEU
would fail on attempting to delete a relationship (I think because the
GUID was different on each machine??). 

I can't remember if there was a work around? I notice also that in the
BE that the BEU failed on, it did remove the tables links in the FE..
