[AccessD] Martin and John write a book

I give John Colby and Martin Reid permission to use my emails to the
AccessD list in a printed book should they find anything that is vaguely
valuable in an information sense.  I do not give permission for any
reader of the book to use said  information in a commercial product
without express permission.
