21978 * 4 = 87912

I narrowed it down to a min (02513) and max (24987) and then popped it
into Excel.  I had to include zeros, because you hadn't mentioned them.
And, by using consecutive letters, it sort of makes you think of
consecutive digits as well...clouds the thought process at first. 

If there are any chocolate rewards, I'll donate them to Susan...I'm
getting fat enough already.
