Yes, Gustav, it's 5-based sequence. Yes, number that fits is 24 (5) 10 11 12 13 14 || 20 22 (24) 31 10+11 = 21-1 = 20 11+12 = 23-1 = 22 12+13 = 30-1 = 24 <== 13+14 = 32-1 = 31 and so on ...
