[AccessD] Access/autocad incompatibility

Does anyone know of any incompatibility problem running an A2K or A2K3 
mde on a machine with autocad which which give the "You are not 
licensed..." error message when starting the access app?

Co-developer having this problem at a beta test site - typical FE/BE - 3 
machines are OK - one fails with this message.  Autocad on the failing 
machine is the only apparent difference he notes.
