[AccessD] Run ACC03 Demo from CD?

Does anyone know of a way to put the Access 2003 Runtime on a CD so that a 
demo of an Access 2003 application can be put on the CD and run from the CD 
without installing anything on the user's computer?

The Package Wizard only seems to be able to install the Runtime to the C:\ 
drive.

And then what happens if the user already has a version of Access on their 
computer or even Access 2003?
