[AccessD] Break Point in Debug Mode

I've run into an odd issue.  When I try to set the breakpoint on a database, I can.  But when the code executes, it doesn't stop at the breakpoint.  I'm working with an Access 2K database using Access 2002.  Any ideas on how to get the database to stop at breakpoints when the code executes?
