[AccessD] Time Conversion

To all,

Sorry for the post I am sure I have seen this before but must be going mad as can't seem to find the examples, basically what I want to do is convert the hours I get in my table 4:15, 4:30, 4:45 to 4.25, 4.50, 4.75 etc....Can anyone point me to this function please.
