Kathryn,

There are a number of questions I would ask to resolve this. I the LJ5
driver still installed on the Upstairs machine and if it is is it still the
default printer? Does the document (envelope) specify the default printer or
was is formatted for the LJ5 specifically? I believe that you problem has
little to do with the application but more likely the printer driver setup
between the two computers.
