Dont think you can but that dosnt mean you cant. I think in 2007 they are actually using HTML and they have to be storing something somewhere. Will have a look and see if I can find out how they are actually doing it but I believe its HTML. That's what I was after. Susan H. 2007 gives you rich text but not at the table level.
