[AccessD] Complicated join

So, this isn't as simple as concatenating the first 3 characters and the
last 3 characters?

That what I was thinking, Susan.  But how do I isolate the records with
three letters at the beginning from the records with 7 numbers or 1
character at the beginning and 6 numbers?
