[AccessD] Classes and development power

Martin,

The move to North Carolina and then the getting back on my feet financially
has completely sucked all of my time.  Publishers want schedules, and the
last thing I wanted to do is commit to doing it and then not have the time.

I will get back on it in the first few months of 2007.
