[AccessD] Backend Database Format: Access 2000 vs Access 2002

I'm getting ready to upgrade a corporate client from Access 2000 to Access
2002.

The backend databases (tables and data only) that reside on the servers are
Access 2000.

Is there any reason to import the data tables into an Access 2002 database
for the upgrade?
