Lonnie: Get Primo PDF (you can Google it). Free pdf printer. I use it all the time. Installs like a printer. So you do your report in print preview, hit Ctrl-P and select it from the list of installed printers. Recipient needs Acrobat Reader to view it but everybody's got that now, I think.
