I rename everything but 'extra' labels. ie, if I put a label in place, I have it renamed. If I put a textbox in place, I will not rename the associated label unless I'm going to mess with it in code. Of course, I tend to write more VB/ASP stuff, so my techniques in Access are used minimally.
