[AccessD] Access exe files

Picky! ;o} The only access executable is Msaccess.exe, but you can't turn an mdb into an executable.

Of course there is an Access executable.

Reverse engineering the exe would be an excessively onerous task and would 
likely run you in to trouble with Microsoft.

If you must give clients an exe, you can buy Access and sell it to them and 
they will have the Access exe (MSAccess.exe) and you can deploy Access file 
solutions to your heart's content.
