    It demonstrates a chart displaying blood pressure, pulse and temperature for patients. 

    You could adapt the underlying approach suitably, for your specific needs.

  My client wants a simple graph displayed on a form.  I don't really want to use Excel automation.  Does anyone know if  there something already out there which can do this?  A control?  Or a chunk of code on an Access library site?
