[AccessD] Sequence number in query

Jim Dettman posted a trick several years ago.  Look up Qcntr in the
archives.

No, it was some clever trick in the QBE that would neatly number the 
rows retrieved by the query.  I think using -1 for something had 
something to do with it but I'm not sure.
