[AccessD] Creating a database via code

I need to be able to create a database and export some objects (tables,
queries, forms) to it, all via code from within Access. I know you can
create a database via code from within Oracle, but can't seem to find out
how within Access. Can this be done simply with SQL? Does it require
ADO/DAO?
