[AccessD] During runtime - is system = Citrix/Terminal Server or is system = Windows network?

Not sure if there is a way to do this 'in general'.  But if you know the
network it's on, you could just go off of machine name (cause terminal
sessions should all have the same machine name.)

Citrix/Terminal Server or is on a Windows Network.
