[AccessD] Disabling scroll wheel

Dear List:

Is there a way to disable the scroll wheel on the mouse.  It's changing 
records on a sub-form and making my client nervous.  I saw one potential 
solution on KB but it involved activex projects and other 
complications.  This solution has to be pretty simple for these folks.  
Like it all to me inside the mdb if possible.
