[AccessD] Runtime + Full Access on Citrix

Does anyone have experience with runtime version on Citrix?

A client has asked me if a runtime version can be used for some of his
people and a full version of Access can be used for others.  I'm pretty sure
the answer is no because a Citrix server is literally one computer, with all
the users running the same application.
