[AccessD] Canadian Zip Codes

In the rest of the world zip codes are called postal codes
Here is a US Canada database $80
You can get a more uptodate version from Canada Post
complete with geo-centroids for GIS use. Canada assigns zip codes
by block face centroid but can assign them to individual
buildings.
