[AccessD] Add new record issues

I have a form subform with tabs that looks at existing data
no problem.

 

I am having a bad time using it to add new records. When I
put in a new employee it pulls up existing records and not
necessarily for the correct employee. The add new form is
opened  from a command button wizard that is supposedly
opening the form in add new mode.

 

Help please.
