Access 2003 has ADO.Net in it?

Nope, ADO.Net began with 2003.  ADO.Net is a different language with a
definite .Net  tilt to it.  If you're going to interact with Visual
Studio, learn ADO.Net.  If you're going to play just in Access, you
might as well learn DAO.
