Thank Stuart.  This is cool too, I definetly use it after trial for Macro
express runs out.

AutoIt.   http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/

Quite BASIC-like in it's syntax and you can easily write a script (or a
compile application) to do this sort of thing.
