[AccessD] FTP From Access

Many thanks to all who responded.  I talked myself out of a job by 
sending the Lawrence/Hindman/Dick solution to my client who will try to 
implement it himself.  I think he may be able to do it. If he wants to 
pay me anything I'll have him send it to DBA.
