[AccessD] Moving items in a listbox with the mouse

Does anyone know of any method, code or control that I could use to move order of the items within a list box with a mouse.

So if I have three things in a list box 

CAT
DOG
BIRD

I would like to grab DOG with my mouse and move it up above CAT.

Is that possible?
