[AccessD] Moving items in a listbox with the mouse

I've done this but only with a couple of command buttons labeled 'Move Up'
and 'Move Down' outside the list box.  Worked pretty well, though with some
brute force code, IIRC.  It was a long time ago but I can try to dig it out
if you want to go in that direction.

Does anyone know of any method, code or control that I could use to move
order of the items within a list box with a mouse.

So if I have three things in a list box 

CAT
DOG
BIRD

I would like to grab DOG with my mouse and move it up above CAT.

Is that possible?
