check out p157 of Getz's ADH. He suggests using an IN clause of the form
PIVOT column-headings-field[IN((value1[,value2],...]])]

I have a table with steps numbering 1 to 24; those numbers are shown as 
column headers in the crosstab. My crosstab only shows those columns for 
which there is data, of course. Is there a way to adapt it to show all 24 
numbers, even if the columns are empty of data?
