I would probably do this with SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced
Services.SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services is perfect
for use as a backend to a small, multiuser application that requires more
advanced features such as Web reporting or Full-text Search.
You could do this with the full version of SQL 2000 but now is available in
Express.
