[AccessD] Access interview questions

Hi group,

I need to hire several new employees with good Office skills.
Does anybody have a list of questions I can ask to determine the skill level of the candidate?

I need questions regarding MS-Access and MS-Excel.

I think I can come up with the MS-Access questions but especially MS-Excel is hard for me. I've googled for them but didn't find anything usefull.
