[AccessD] Creating a TOC from data

I understand that JC -- Word always humbles me. :) I can't automate cr*p in
Word. :)

That is what I was thinking about originally.  In the end, I needed to get
it done and Word and its TOC meant a learning curve I wasn't willing to
climb.
